We are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in Bremen on a part-time basis as soon as possible.
What you’ll move with us:
- Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation and execution of payment transactions
- Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
- Clarification and processing of open items (accounts payable and accounts receivable)
- Monitoring and implementation of the dunning process
- Management of cash and bank accounting
- Account reconciliation, account clarification and maintenance
- Master data maintenance in accounts payable accounting
- Control of travel expense and credit card accounting
- Communication with our foreign business partners
What you’re up to:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Good knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Independent, clearly structured and autonomous way of working
- A high degree of discretion, initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Very good understanding of figures and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in the SAGE and CargoWise programs is advantageous
